President - Business DirectorPete is a graduate of Iowa State University but bleeds black & gold. Pete has 20+ years of experience in web and video production industry. Pete is married to his wife Kelley with 2 girls, Mackenzie and Maddie. In his spare time Pete enjoys hunting, trapping and taking annual trips to Canada.
Karl Baldus
Creative Director - EditorKarl is a graduate of Waldorf College in Electronic Media & Communications. Karl has 15+ years experience as a video editor. In his spare time Karl loves spending time with his dog Meia and grabbing a cold one with friends.
Dan Noe
Creative Director - Visual EffectsA graduate of Iowa State University, Dan has 20+ years of web, branding & video experience. Dan is married to his loving wife Stacey with 4 kids: Taylor, twins Paige & Paityn and last but certainly not least, his son Brayden. In his spare time Dan enjoys coaching his son in the Ballard Kid’s Wrestling Program, cheering on his girls in softball & basketball as well as lifting weights.
Deanne Edwards
Content DirectorDeanne is a graduate of Drake University, with 20+ years experience in content creation. She specializes in projects she can shape from start to finish; including concepting, writing, producing, and directing. Deanne has been married for 25 years to her very patient husband with whom she raised two wonderful sons. When she’s not working Deanne loves to bake, is an avid reader, and enjoys biking and running.
Trevor Zuck
VFX/Post Production ArtistTrevor holds a degree in Digital Video and Media Production from the Minnesota School of Business. With more than 10 years of film and digital media experience, he specializes in Visual Effects, Animation, and Color Grading. He’s also pretty familiar with most areas of a production, so he’s a handy guy to have around. When he’s not immersed in work projects, he enjoys playing video games, playing tennis, and just generally having a good time.
Josh Firle
Videographer/EditorJosh studied Digital Video and Media Production and has more than ten years experience shooting and editing. He’s spent much of his career in the great outdoors, capturing everything from deep sea fishing to hunting in the mountains. But he’s just as happy spending time indoors at his edit station, putting together great projects. All that time working outside has influenced his hobbies (or is it the other way around?) Josh loves camping, hiking, fishing, just about anything that gets him back to nature.
Wendy Hiatt
Creative Director, Brand MarketingWendy graduated from Drake University and has spent her 20-plus year career in consumer brand marketing and promotions for three ad agencies. Most recently she was vice president of brand marketing for a major retail corporation. Wendy views her role as simply helping clients tell their story. In her free time she enjoys collecting vinyl records, following her daughter’s indy-rock band and kickboxing.
Cole Norum
EditorCole is a graduate of Drake University with a degree in journalism. Cole has received national recognition for his writing, and cut his creative teeth on work for musicians, politicians and arts organizations— locally, nationally and abroad. Put simply, Cole is a storyteller. When he’s not editing, he enjoys closely following the MLB and NBA, supporting Des Moines’ arts scene and searching for his new favorite song.
Tyler Dreher
Director/DPTyler began working in video production while still in high school. Now with 10+ years working both on set and in post production, he has found a home behind the camera. Drawing from his experience working on commercials, music videos, and TV/films, he brings a creative mindset to each and every project.
